The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing various areas functions for MasTec Advanced Technologies (AT), a division of MasTec (NYSE: MTZ). MasTec AT is the leader in providing residential and commercial last mile fulfillment to other major Fortune 500 companies. Our range of services expands from traditional video, cable, and home security systems to smart home/office automation. The individual in this role is expected to take ownership of and be accountable for the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables of the accounting team. Working closely with the Assistant Controller, he/she will be a key contributor to the concept of continuous process improvement and a robust system of internal controls. The Accounting Manager will play an integral role in the period-end closing, reporting processes, review of Balance Sheet reconciliations, and journal entries while being a key go-to leader for the team.
